The Function:

As a Financial Administrator at Transporting Wheels, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient financial administration. You will ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and contribute to the financial health of our company.

Operations:

  • Handle day-to-day financial administration, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable management;
  • Booking purchase and sales invoices and bank mutations;
  • Preparation of periodic reports and analysis for management;
  • Perform balance sheet and general ledger audits;
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly and year-end closing;
  • Manage and optimise financial processes and systems;
  • Function as a point of contact for financial queries within the organisation.

As a Financial Administrator at Transporting Wheels, you will play a vital role in the finance team. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself within a growing organisation and contribute to the further professionalisation of our financial processes.

What we ask:

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in finance;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial administrative position;
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software and Excel;
  • Accurate, analytical and results-oriented;
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, German is a plus;
  • Full-time availability.
