The function
Together with your colleagues, you will form the IT team of our online platform. As a functional administrator, you will be responsible within the organisation for ensuring that the Transporting Wheels platform functions optimally. Not only do you ensure the continuity of the platform, you also fulfil a supporting role towards the users. You will work as a link between different departments and try to bring these departments closer together. You will interact a lot with our product owner to provide the best solutions for both our colleagues and transport partners. On our platform, you show them how easily and quickly they can make the various processes within our platform work for them. You are constantly unburdening our colleagues in terms of IT in view of our platform. Because we are a scale-up, everyone at our company is also focused on how we can do even better. Critical thinking is greatly appreciated with us!
Some of your duties and responsibilities as Functional Management:
- You are the point of contact for end-users and colleagues for the Transporting Wheels platform, your role is therefore essential for customer satisfaction;
- Analyse problems, gather information and come up with concrete solutions;
- Resolving incidents;
- Find out the needs of colleagues and offer them the best solution;
- Ensure correct and complete documentation of ticket handling;
- Participate in application testing on changes and projects.

What do we expect from you?
As Functional Administrator, you will include:
- At least a completed HBO degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Management or IT & Business)
- Preferably several years of working experience in the role of Functional Administrator;
- You are available 32-40 hours per week;
- Social, committed, proactive and stress-resistant;
- A helpful, friendly attitude;You have full command of the English language.
